Did this record ever get a US release? Only ever thought it came out on British Verve. And all the copies I've seen to date have been pink Demos. And very nice they look too. But, has anybody ever seen a black Verve issue?

No never seen an issue, but I did have the UK album by the Amazing Dancing Band, that was a black label.

I sell the demo for £30 by the way. Think Mick Smith might have one at that price too, or £40.

That's right, I have a copy of the Lp too. Got that before picking up the 45 and ended up keeping both.

Ha Ha Ha, I know what you mean but as a collector of instrumentals, I love this one to bits.
