It's not a reissue. It's a UK recording and that DJM release is the original issue.

Most of the people who played on that were Elton John's backing group.

If you want the actual 'original' it's by a group called Wind and a label called Life, USA issue, you'll find one for a fiver.

I've got a spare Japanese DJM white promo with picture sleeve, if that is of interest...quite rare to say the least.

Guy called Harry Pitch played harmonica on this, as well the classic northern instrumental theme........Last of the Summer Wine!!!;-) Carl.

Reminds me of scooter rallies in the 80s.
