I threw mine away, that was the one on a crappy bit of cloth which you had to cut out yourself.

Rather have a cloth cap.

Heheh!! yeah, I know apparently one went on the bay for over £200, not sure if it was this type, but this IS one of the original ones, and more rare than the embroidered ones cos as you said Pete, many just threw them away.
