Guessing a bit here Rich - but UK 45s do seem to go balistic sometimes on ebay - From fairly common UK TMG's to the R7W Northern Classics.
Hope it is of some help - tho I'm sure someone on hear is better placed and informed!

Going by what you've listed so far, you'd need a lottery win to finance them mate, I hope he doesn't know what he's got all there'll have to be a soul source collective buy out!
