Yep just going through all the ones on popsike and can see that - I was just a bit unsure because the label looks pretty weak from a quality point but looking on popsike there all like that on the issue.

Plus the matrix is scratched in and I thought it would have been stamped !

Definitely never booted on Okeh issue.  Took me 25 years to get a lovely issue but well worth the wait.  Big regret selling it.
