June 2, 200618 yr First heard it Cleethorpes in 1983, as a recent release (1982) seeing the title up in sound file brought back good and bad memories on seeing the title it reminded me when in the early 80,s i finally got alone with the soul girl of my dreams, happy memories on playing the sound file the fact that it only lasted barely 2 minutes brought back other memories of that night great to hear it again, good tune

December 12, 200618 yr "More room at the top" fer` me,top album!!,used to be dirt cheap, how much now? Top album indeed Ken "good ears" Aitch, not really a bad track on there and still quite cheap comparitively speaking.Afraid I am rather biased when it comes to Marlena tho. The words "yellow pages and sing the she could" spring to mind. Cheers Paco

December 13, 200618 yr Hi For those interested, there is also a different version of this, that came out on the california's Hot Tracks label-SA 2-3. This was the remix version that used to get played at Stafford. Not so easy to find now days, but a killer remix. Hot Tracks was a dj only remix service, that put out limited pressings, normally as 12" double packs, all legally done. Will post a sound file Dave
December 13, 200618 yr Without doubt my fave modern track from the Stafford era. Glenda McLoed runs it close, and I still cant get enough of Windjammer - Tossin and Turning. But for me MS in that lovely big room was just perfection.
can anyone tell the lp that this is on pleasse?
thanks alot
markus
