I'm doing a bit of research for a Northern Soul timeline regarding key clubs, and allnighters.

 

So, I was hoping the ever helpful members of SS would give me some help.

 

i need the dates these venues started and closed. Now I know some of them had more than one 'life', so it's the main. most successful period s that I'm after.

Hi dave it's mick again I started tony,s ballroom allniters the first week in October 1991 and ran it monthly until April 2003 through its most successful years.It was only stopped because of health and safety.Little Scotty helped me with this venture. it had been open previously for a short while but was unsuccessful. happy memories.

Thanks Mick, that's exactly the sort of info I was after, although it just really needs to be the years (For anyone else contributing)

Guy also ran Tony's from 1987 to 1990 or early 1991, I would have to get the echoes out at the weekend.

Oddfellows was Feb 1982 to 85/86 I think?  The club continued though and even had the odd anniversary back at Oddfellows.
