He's playing Hollywood race track in Inglewood, California sometime this November...

Hopefully he'll do Soul and Funk, not just blues :wicked:

Anyone on here seen him before, or have some favorites by him?

Saw him at the Blues Estafette in Holland a few years back. He had a set of all 12 bar blues prepared, but Colin Dilnot and myself managed to talk to him beforehand and persuaded him to do a few verses from 'Happy To Be' 'I'm Gonna Do It By Myself' and 'Looking Through The Eyes Of Love'. Great guy, very friendly but usually sticks to straight blues for the white folk....

Martin.

Great artist, "Work with what you've got" on Ride is my favourite.

Is he the same artist who recorded on Salem?

Nope, Doesn't sound like Jimmy, and he confirmed he never recorded those tracks.....

Now that's a track he still does regularly on his show.....
