Call out to all self publishers. I am taking stock for an online bookstore specialising in soul and R&B, due to open September. I am interested in using it as a platform to promote and sell quality works by self publishing authors on soul, R&B music, and scene related works (northern soul, mod etc) as well as works via traditional publishing houses. The purpose of this thread is not to push the site per se. Really a call to self-publishing authors to be aware that there is a retail platform available to promote their work alongside usual book stock, to a genre-focused market. Kinda get it out there (alongside Soulsource of course!). The intention is to promote the product but also the writers themselves through newsletter / blog articles etc.
