‘Wishing well’ Chuck Ray ?

Going a bit mad, got this on my iPod from god knows where, but can’t find anything about it on net, if it’s even the right artist.

Anyone know anything? Was it unreleased, c/u, cd issue only ?

its an awesome piece of uptempo crossover, sounds a bit early 70s Chicago Tyrone Davis ish rhythm
