it's in a 2017 price guide at £600

not arguing over this as I don't have an interest in the 45, just reporting what I saw

Cheers, I thought £300 was cheap.

I know that but, as discussed so many times before that includes 20% VAT and is stone mint and based on what John has sold them for

He is a dealer with overheads to pay and millionaire customers who don't bother with Auction sites etc. that is why on Popsike (Ebay) they are around £300 ish 

600 or so, as high as 800 in the past. It is a pretty tough record, certainly tougher than 300.  If a prominent Dj got behind it then it would probably be four figures.
