The story goes that Jack Ashford's wife was unhappy with the suggestive pictures front and back, requested to pull it. 1000 copies were already pressed than the cover was changed to the one with Jack Ashford on it, the girl was replaced with Jack Ashford's wife on the back cover.

Both these are first issues, simply a second run with a different sleeve for the reasons mentioned I believe.  There is another release tha has the hotel sheet with it which has. “MD 116-A RE-2 S-5337” matrix rather than “MD 116-A RE-1 S-5337” which with suggest it being later although not by much as all 1977.

All the matrix details are detailed on discogs for the various variations.
