I've bought from Lil Packaging in the past. UK family business that designs and manufactures their own packaging products, including mailers for vinyl/CDs. Website lilpackaging.com

Just do a search on google for LP Mailers and it will throw up plenty of results.

Lil as mentioned, defendapack, sounds whole sale and others, also plenty on ebay
