Events - Uk lockdown extended topic - June 2021

A topic quickly set up for members/promoters to both inform and discuss event cancellation due to the extended uk lockdown for the next 4 weeks

I will try and transfer any event 'cancelled' announcements posted here to our Event Guide - but it will work best if members edit the event title themselves by adding 'cancelled' to the title in the guide

ask try and keep the talk to the events rather than the actual uk government policy

    Any tickets already bought will be held over for the August 14th all-nighter; if anyone needs a refund email Ady at ady.croasdell@btinternet.com
     
    We are not expecting many extra tickets to become available and if there are any, they will be offered to the people on the waiting list for July 3rd tickets first. If any more come up for grabs we will announce it down the line but don’t really expect any. We are not issuing any tickets to new customers at this point which is tough on people who wish to attend, but we cannot exceed the allowed numbers, particularly at such a sensitive time.
     
    Please don’t try and book tickets for future dates, we will only sell them once announced.

    It will be a summer party weekend of Soul, Sun, Swimming, Sambuca and any other "S" you can think of,

    Tickets are only £39. We also have a limited amount of accommodation available to book.
