Not a lot, he was the brother of Cornelius Key, Jr who had a hand in the record, they had another brother Leo and a couple of sisters, this was taken from an obituary for Cornelius.  James is what the J is.  They were from Alabama by all accounts.

Yes, I can see the creators have been hard to track down.

Since "God" supervised the production, I guess its free to all believers!

Its just too good and intense to be a couple of amateurs playing around.

Reading the text on the label it would appear they do not know.

it would appear it is a one off vanity record by the brothers. 
The publishing company looks like it is made up from letters from Cornelius’s kids names.

In that case, are we talking unofficial release or can these records be pressed up if no trace of rights ?

No they will have paid a fee and registered it with the authorities, if Willie J was then to turn up he can seek his dues.
