May 11, 20223 yr Very sad news. I first met Alan in the early 70s when the Jackson family spent a few years in Belper, Derbyshire and we stayed in touch, albeit sporadically in recent years. He was a top man on every level. Condolences to his family and those closest to him. RIP Alan.
May 12, 20223 yr Author The funeral for Alan Jackson will take place at 4.00pm on Tuesday the 17th of May 2022, at Dukinfield Crematorium, Hall Green Rd, Dukinfield SK16 4EP. Moving on to Ashton Masonic Hall, Jowett’s Walk, Ashton-Under-Lyne OL7 0BB from 5.00pm onwards. July 28, 20222 yr Not been on here for a while so only just seen this......RIP Al Jackson. Will let my mate Mick Malone know, they were friends and Mick went out with Al's sister (Carole ?) for a while mid-seventies. Sad news indeed.
