Need help finding out if the O’jays Be my girl came out on a 45 or is it album track.

I have this CD from 2002, liner notes state track 20 which this is previously unissued, fabulous track.

There's an Amy label boot, sure it had Morris Chestnut on other side. Had it late 90s early 2000s. Gave it to a mate when I got lp.
