Two different songs with the same title from the same publishing company.


The "Smith & Ling" song was done by George Smith in 1956 and it's a different song to ZZ Hill in 1964. The two record labels involved have the same parent company Modern Records.

Looks like the credits on the later Joe Taylor cover should of went to ZZ Hill but got mixed up with the earlier song.

The Joe Taylor version is brilliant, a great singer that i'd like to know more about.
