This one didn't sell much unfortunately, although it is one of Clyde's best it came at a time when his career was in a downward spiral....anyone remember this gem?

played "crying" in the jim wray lounge at the raynescourt  yarmouth back in the day and at various sunday sessions since, a great tune sadly neglected as its not a dancer.

A classic big city ballad cheapo amongst those into soul outside the NS realm too.

With Ed Townsend comp & prod involvement it's a guarantee for 'quality' in sound.

For the great singer that Clyde was this counts amongst his better soul gear IMHO.

Soul materials to sing he was not given much sadly. The great weeper that he was.

Better known for his Drifters early years (with great stuffs) and his later 'evergreens'.

While his Club classic 'A Shot Of Rythm'N'Blues' is a stronghold Mod British classic.

'Lonely People Can't Afford To Cry' & 'Give Me One More Chance' lit the Dance Floors.

'Crying Won't Help You Now' never heard if ever out but surely it would sound 'fresh'L
