Yes. It’s a demo of the legit belgian release. It came out in a number of countries. US, UK, France, Belgium, Germany etc.

As soon a Belgium is mention many think boot without checking. The layout also throws some as it differs to the issue or the issues I've seen.

Fonior obtained an exclusive license for the distribution of products for Decca, so most likely a "proper" release
