still operating, because their phone number is a 93 year old lady who is getting fed up with phone calls

also i've made a order and no reply sent emails and still nothing

Yes still going and done a fair bit of business with them over the years. Usually quite fast at posting orders out and never had any problems with them myself. Then again I’ve never had to phone or email them about anything so can’t comment on their customer support.

Honestly don’t recall whether they send order confirmations/ackowledgements out by email, I know most companies do but I have come across a few that don’t. Hope you get sorted…

Usually same day postage and their used record sales are always graded generously.
