cos I'm old school I always tend to underestimate record values (ie. famous last words at most venues "it's only about thirty quid isnt it?"). So I nearly fell off my chair when I saw this on a list for £75! Hells bells where did that price come from? Thought it was about £20 or less? Maybe I should get out more or stop in more and study the price guides/Ebay/Popsike blah blah.

It's a recent price hike, I think. I barely managed to grab a cheap copy a year ago (which turned out to be well below grade ).
