It's the Lenon & Mcartney song, but does not credit them as the writters. Perhaps that's the reason why it's a hard record to find, i.e. straight to the skip?

There have been at least a couple of copies, if not more, for sale in the last few years, and they did not seem to generate that much buyer interest as far as I could tell. But then again, it often seems that when you don't want something, it's around, and vice versa...

Last ebay copy topped $1000, when the dollar was stronger against the pound (probably £700ish). A few copies have sold in the last few years. Not really very many though. I might dig it out for the 15th
