I went to put a snipe of $53 on a record last night, I got up this morning and I'd accidentally sniped £533 and I won a record I didn't even really want for $292 (I've already got it and posted it on here a couple of times but lent mine out and haven't seen it since)

ok so any ideas how I get out of this one?

He says it may be a repro - at he appears to have added this to the listing - tell him you set your auction sniper as soon as he listed it and never went back to look at the auction, so didn't see his later comments....

It was actually me who told him it was a repro Joe and that I might have a 'little' snipe on it

Be honest and upfront with him, tell him the mistake you made on the 'snipe'. At least this gives him a chance to offer it to the buyer before you (second chance offer).

HONESTY IS THE BEST POLICY PETE,HAPPENED TO ME A FEW TIMES RE THE SNIPER ALWAYS WHEN IM WATCHING SKY AND NOT CONCENTRATING
