I thought so, and i just saw tonight one go on german ebay for £180

Looks dodgy to me.... several different records all with pictures taken by different methods... ie Cameras and scanners...

Zero feedback and a list of rare stuff as their first batch - wouldn't touch em with a bargepole.

all the photos are stolen from other people's recent auctions, plus the BS about "selling a second copy" is there to somehow make you think that he had the original one when he didn't.

I know i won't be sending a cheque for the lot to him, that's for sure, i might sugest, that i send 25 for the 2 10 ones with 5 postage, i can survive losing 25, and see if they arrive, then i may send for another lol, and do it like that

i think people on this board are quick on the trigger to call fake on things, but these are CLEARLY fake in this case. for example, the king earnest 45 photo was stolen from an auction by chriscarnahan2. i can point out where the other photos are from if you care, but you're going to lose your money here. In the absolute best case, he stole the photos from other auctions to list his genuine items, but I doubt he has any of these 45s.

Just took a look at chriscarnahan2, and the pic from the 30/3/07 in his feedback, looks mighty similiar, but also does the pic that chriscarnahan2 for the same item on 23/3/07 lol

I was dubious about the transaction yesterday before tonight, so i contacted Ebay last night, ain't heard back from them yet, but if boba can find that info out of the stolen pics, I will send them as well.

I suppose it was lucky for other Ebay users, he cocked up, and only delivered within France, and before he noticed his error, i had bid on half of them, and was unable to change it lol, but i do have his address and phone number, i requested that info lol

chris had several copies of this to sell and has no connection to this french dude. I will try to send you links to the other photos, I'm sure I've seen at least a couple of them.

Just a quick question, with Ebay, when you sell things, don't Ebay have your bank account details, so they can collect their commission, i do mine automatically through paypal, so if you havn't a paypal account, how do you pay your Ebay fees ???

I could be wrong but I suspect this could be the same guy who has been ripping off loads of people many times in the past. The spelling looks familiar somehow. Be very careful.

The so called seller, has just aquired Paypal now, and has sent me an invoice.

Still waiting for Ebay to get their arses into gear, ain't heard nothing yet, so to stall, i've asked for some more photos, saying i was concerned with the ring mark on the Bobby St James
