i found it via google yesterday and had to drink a lot of beer to not mention it anymore if i remember right, has Mr. Smith offered one for 30 quids one or two months ago (stock copy), Promo seems to differ in prices: ebay 150172653766. thank you for the info.

it's been 75 or more for quite some time now, certainly a lot longer than two months. More like a year!
