January 15, 200817 yr Author around £45 but regularly turn up on ebay around the £25 mark if that makes sense Cheers Taff. Phil.
January 15, 200817 yr Cheers Taff. Phil. always thought this one was a bit more!! say £70-£80 all the best max
January 16, 200817 yr Am I allowed to disagree on the grounds of the amount that were pressed? Major label, pressed in its thousands, a tenner, tops, I'd say.
January 16, 200817 yr It certainly is not RARE in the true sense of the word but £10 buys you very little these days and i would buy them all day long at that price.....30-40 sounds right
January 16, 200817 yr It was a Soul Bowl "front pager" back when it was released so I would imagine there were a lot around. Having said that Bessie Banks "Don't You Worry.........." and even Eula Cooper "Let Our Love..............." were also "front pagers" so...................................................... Cheers Paul PS Buy the LP that shouldn"t set you back more than a tenner
January 16, 200817 yr around £45 but regularly turn up on ebay around the £25 mark if that makes sense Popsike - 2005 to date - lowest $84, highest $153. Also 12" $60 - $155. Brian Edited January 16, 200817 yr by Brian Ellis
January 16, 200817 yr TIS TRUE, IT SOLD QUITE A FEW COPIES IN THE STATES WHEN FIRST RELEASED, PEAKING AT # 47 ON THE R&B CHARTS IN JUNE 82. HOWEVER THID DOESN'T NECESSARILY MAKE IT ANY EASIER TO PICK UP THO'. PERSONALLY I THINK THE DEMO SEEMS TO BE QUITE TOUGH TO GET BUT STILL WOULD HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT 75 QUID. ISSUE A BIT COMMONER AROND THE 60 MARK. BRI PINCH.
January 16, 200817 yr Popsike - 2005 to date - lowest $84, highest $153. Also 12" $60 - $155. Brian Maybe true Brian, but you can't go by them, as they don't list anything below a certain price, so all the hundreds of copies that sell cheaply aren't considered. I'd say go for the LP anyway, some other nice bits on it.
January 20, 200817 yr Got my 7" for £30 a few years back, but have seen it listed recently between £60 to £80. 12" seems to be easier to obtain than 7". Also reissued on 12"
