As I know very little about Northern Soul im here for your advice.
I have about 40 what seem to be Northern Soul 45's. Theyve been in my loft for around 15 years since I picked them up at a car boot sale.
The majority seem to be emidiscs/promos/demos whatever you like to call them. Must have been part of a dj's collection.
I'll give you a few of the artists, hopefully they will be familiar to you.
Miss DD Phillips - Hey Little Girl / Shades of Brass - Windy (evolution)
Barbara English - Sittin in the corner (aurora promo)
Tony Clarke - Landslide (promo)
Lydia Marcelle - Its not like you / Admirations - Heaven in your arms (emidisc)
Silver Bullet - Will Power Weak... / The Tempos - Sad sad memories (emidisc)
Ron Dante - The Charmer / Moses - I got my mind together (emidisc)
The Pagients - Love is on a rampage / TD Valentine - lovetrap (emidisc)
Frankie Crocker - A ton of dynamite / The Exciters - reaching for the best (emidisc)
Johnny Ross - I cant help myself / Dave Mitchell - The trip (emidisc)
Tyrone Ashley - Feet start moving / Carole Woods - Heading down fools road (emidisc)
Chico Revill - This Beautiful Day / Little Helen - Youre ready now (Destiny promo 1979)
And theres more.
Do these have any value? The conditions vary from excellent to average. I would be grateful for any advice.
