Just a quick line to let you know i eventually got my money in full.

He emailed me at 17.40 two Tuesdays ago to say "refund has been sent today sorry for delay still trying to sort out paypal john".

At 16.59 that day he received a copy of an email to me from a dept within the police asking me to confirm his details and to forward hard copies of my evidence.

Obviously a coincidence after 9 weeks of being ignored.???

Bearing in mind he admitted in writing through ebay he had not sent the goods ,and all i did was attempt to get the goods or a refund..he then posted NEGATIVE FEEDBACK thus

I waited until the cheque cleared then replied thus...not enough characters to do him justice!

The man is obviously as described above and then some. I am currently trying to assist a guy in Oz left high & dry and have attempted to assist the others who have been stung also.

He also has negative for winning items then not paying as my old mate Julian Bentley predicted regarding Dusty Wilson.

I cannot see how ebay can fail to boot him off? but the old "Phoenix rising from the ashes " under another guise is possible just like his business ventures MAY have!

BUYERS AND SELLERS BEWARE. All i ask is that no matter how tasty or tempting future sales may be boycott this man.

What a sorry mess, shouldn't have happened in the first place.

Really pleased that you've eventually received the refund.

Shame that you have had to go to so much trouble to get it.

Ebay really should do more to help regarding this type of issue,

can't be good for their Image, no room for head in the sand.

I don't think ebay would like to lose this seller,look at what he's sold since xmas,running into tens of thousands.Ebay will have made 9% of that with listing fees,charges and Paypal.

Cynical I know!
