Looking on EBay the other week for clothes, came across a skirt...title was something like :

PINK SKIRT NORTHERN SOUL DUFFY

Even description said great for Northern Soul nights, similar to one worn by Duffy. What the chuff?

FFS, read a bit more, and looked at the brand, just a skirt from Dorothy Perkins, Top Shop or somewhere like that.

Desperate to sell or somat ? Oh, and it didn't sell :thumbup:

Are people using Northern Soul as brand name for their sales, what next! Underpants proper Northern style would be great to dance in.

I work for Verizon Wireless (Vodaphone is our parent company) as a customer service rep in a mall just outside Dallas, Tx.

Basically, when people have trouble with thier bill, they come to me, and I do nothing about it.

The wife mentioned in the ad is not my wife now, but my ex-wife.

She yelled at me every day for fourteen years, which prepared me well for a job in customer service.

For most of my life, I was a DJ, in both clubs and on the radio.

Not a record dealer or poodle parlour atendant for sure.

By the way, one of the people that e-mailed me through Ebay and told me about this thread said ya'll would love seeing someone from the US that sells records on Ebay abmit that he knows nothing about Northern Soul, so...guilty as charged.
