March 11, 200916 yr Why it was booted I still dont understand asthe record was available at the time. Barnaby Bye - Otherwise known as the Allessi brothers of "OH Lori" fame They still perform apparantly doing songs from both identities. https://www.alessibros.com/news.html Edited March 11, 200916 yr by Ernie Andrews

March 11, 200916 yr Hi can anybody tell me if Barnaby Bye "Can't Live This Way" on black Nimbus 9 label is a boot. Cheers, Jimmyw There's no such thing as a genuine Nimbus 9 label - it was just a production company that leased its masters to various major labels, and nothing more. So the answer to your question is that yes, it must be! Edited March 11, 200916 yr by TONY ROUNCE

March 11, 200916 yr Wonder why they didn't stop going in the seventies when it first got played I was thinking the same thing Steve, definately late Wigan sound. Can't remember hearing it anywhere after 1981. I like it, great good time dancer and brings back memories of youthclub nights and the baggies years.

It was played at the time of release, around 75, I liked it at the time and can think of loads more records worse than this one.

March 11, 200916 yr Why would it be booted anyway, surely this was readily available on Atlantic. P readily available now for a tenner or less on atlantic, but back in the day was anything available in vast quantities,we were all at the mercy of the people travelling to the states and bringing them back. kev
