you know what attitudes like this are p**sing me right off at this very moment people come on this site , make use of the radio guide, this radio forum and other features to spread the word yet then still think its acceptable to post up forced inane chat just so "you can get noticed" no thought or care on what effect such posts has on other members posts or on other members who have the misfortune to click on such threads thinking they may be getting some interesting content or the effect such chat type posts have on the actual forum or site p*ssing me right off here's the score this forum is about video/radio, there is other forums for chat style posts suggest strongly that you bear that in mind and drop the offtopic posts in the future want to reply to this then get to the feedback forum, you posted enough offtopic stuff in here

We are hoping for a Swedish god with Viking looks( that means it aint Olof ) Soul Or Nothing.... @ The Rampant Lion 17 Anson Road....Manchester..... Friday 30th July.... Tickets £6.... ( a ticket only event) all tickets left on the door on the night.. 1.5 miles outside the city center, just up in the Curry Mile, plenty cheap and available offers on hotels/BnBS ETC... A nice little venue with 100 capacity, chill out room and smoking terrace and ample free parking... good sound and wooden dancefloor..... Playing a selection of underplayed northern, rare 60s soul, crossover, ghetto funk, big beat ballads and then some........ With the small capacity we are gonna run this event as an all ticket event. not exactly working as felt it would idea is a place for general event talk - eg stuff not suited forthe main events forums c seems that some members ain't grasped this, maybe our fault for not putting it over better need to have a look, expect some changes

closing this first post was made advice etc been given now it seems its just a thread about talking about talking about someone if you got gripes, dont like peoples methods and all that then by all means air your view but no need for a thread to go down some sort of take the p*ss out of non-members road and then end up talking about itself

wasn't there a radio show around that time ? where most of the people involved above were on and discussion of some of the "finer" points of this period took place was told was quite heated aint heard it either then or now, but fairly sure there's still at least one copy around

ian refosoul is now back on after yesterdays trip to the seaside 32mb is limit at moment, but that can be increased if a demand or needed ? current live cat is here /index.php?/files/category/4-soul-events-live/ just give me or one of the mods a shout if need any more assistance

note there is a temp forum skin running will be switched over once background work comp just say again - a upgrade is occuring - have switched the forum on for now - other features will follow

upgrade still in process have opened the forum for now forum features should work ok, but NOTE that other features such as refosoul will be switched on later thanks Mike

upgrading occuring planned down time is up to 2 hours for the forum possibly longer for other features will keep the "site down notice" updated if looks like going over 2 hours
