Reluctant sale, Tommy Good I've got to get away 7" Jobet acetate in it rarest form. A truly one off as I only know Ginger has another copy which is 10". We bought them years ago from the same guy and I pushed that bit harder to get the 7". Condition wise it's ex or as good as you would expect. I have sound bites and jpegs to send if required. Here's a good one but not about records. In the late 70's me and a few of my mates went camping in Prestatyn, all mad into Northern etc and even took records with us. Next to our camp Presthaven Sands had a big club with a disco etc, we ended up sneaking in as though we were staying in one of the caravans on the park. Moving on, we took the records and dance to the crowd who were amazed and circled us etc. we had the pick of any of the nice birds on offer, me and my mate copped of with two girls from Wigan and very nice they were too, we ended up getting our way with them as you do, and told them a load of bull to impress them. Like I own my own BMW & company and live with my family in a massive house etc. Can you imagine my horror when a few weeks later over the speakers at a Ritz Alldayer they called my name out to ring home, the two girls had only turned up at our council house, my mum had let them in and 3 bus rides later I had gone to pick them up and headed back to The Ritz, my mate left it all to me as you would ha ha. I learnt a hard lesson that day and to be fair the girls never said a thing, good girls them Wigan Girls.

Ok here we go, just a bit of fun and let's not name anyone in person, but we all know plenty of people who have told bullshit stories about how they found ten brand new Motown demos of Barbara McNair your gonna love my baby at the local scouts jumble sale etc. I just thought it might be fun to share your thoughts and tales about the bull that's been told over the years. Ok had this over 10 years now, was in my old house in the bar which I had in my cellar. I have moved on and three years later its stuck in the garage which is a shame as although I have a bar in my new house I'm stuck for space to put it. It an original one that was seen in most pubs around the early eighties an is in really good nick, I paid £250 for it back then which was a bargain as it was off a friend. Collectors item so make me a decent offer and it may be yours. I can send you pics etc. for one / two players each side. Glass top. Thank you Paul Kidd

What door money are you talking about ?, these boots are and should be played at home I and not at soul nights etc, therefore not used as anything else. There is nothing if anything made on my doors at any of my soul do's due to the fact I don't do this for money and nor do most decent soul night organisers. Your right mate "I'm only interested in me and not the artist". They can be happy in the knowledge that some failed number they recorded some 40yrs ago amongst millions of others finally got a bit of recognition, I know I would be.
