BUT... i bought a 45 off a VERY well know USA dealer that didn't turn up this year. he said he sent it. i aint got it. but I wont come on here to name and shame because you have to have trust that the guy sent it....???

yeah it may have been £1k mate (which is why i always wish i'd gone for it) - But deffo right on the last bit; one of those rare in numbers 45's that got hammered

i think mr Indiana45s knows what ballpark we are talking kiddos - i remember being offered one fro £1k (or was it £700) in a pub in Bournemouth about 6 or 7 years ago. i don't think its gone up too much - i always wish i'd bought it, but wouldn't buy it now, it doesn't excite me enough (unless it was off Ted for a Ton LOL)

and may i say it was the last record i played when DJing on the nite that the 'no-smoking' law came in - june 200whatever? not been in my play box since. a different Parliaments to the 'Rainby Day' guys. a great, great record. And another thintg that pi*ses me off... when did the Americans decide it might actually not be a bad idea to put dates on their record labels?? most British stuff from the 60's i have is dated - most USA stuff is not dated until the 70's. when did this happen and why i.e. was it regulatory in the UK to date them. can any one explain? And is there any one i can write to to complain?
