Billy m'boy, I think it all depends on how CD's are used. If you buy Stan Russwinleys Greatest Floor Walloppers-stick in the car player and leave it in for 6 months you aint gonna hear owt new. I have heard the criticism of CD's before and think ther could well be a case to answer. However, there are Soul Nights that do try to keep off the beaten track and keep the music fresh, Morley Carr for one, and if I may be so bold, if you take alook at what's been played at our little do at The Junction you will see very little of the STANDARD Northern script.
