  1. Annis is one of those records that nobody ever sees for sale, nobody who has one wants to sell and consequently nobody can put a price to it. I think it would be a cheap record and so you can't really get anyone to part with by doubling the asking price to a tenner! Still everyone seems to have great memories attached to it, perhaps we were all at the same places in 1982/3? !

Does anybody have a soundfile of the Ad-Libs?
  4. Seriously though Simon, it's not a track by Sylvia Bennet is it? I know she was produced by Frank Wilson in the eighties.
  5. Apparently the 45 has just gone for four figures... Is that 4 figures or 4 fingers of Madam Palm? He can have a studio acetate of me strumming my prepuce for £999!
  6. Flamma Sherman - Where is he Sue Lynn - Don't pity me Kiki Dee - On a magic carpet ride Annis - Don't play your games Arnie's Love - I think I'm out of your life Index - The love you've been faking
  7. I know what it is, it's the follow up to 'Sing Little Birdy' by Pearl Carr & Teddy Rodgers, but with out Pearl!
  8. Is it Rene & Renata, without Rene, but with the sound engineer wearing his jumper with the rose stuck up his arse?
  9. Yes I saw that offer, what a bloody con! I bought two lots and when I got home and opened the bag, one lot were both right hands and the other both left!
  10. Sorry, the quality is not very good.
  11. Chris Bartley unreleased 'T.M.' studio acetate
  12. Thinking of the u/r "I got out of my mind" ? Spun by Searling - 'Chris Bartley'
  13. You are obvioulsy thinking of Gerri Diamond from your relpy you Chalky. However, Guy & Keb also used to play another 'wait for the beat' i.e. Patti Livingston - I've got my baby, now that does start with a bit of wailing!
  14. I think it first surfaced about 20 years ago and saw it on a Dave Rasitrick list, but can't remember if it was a c/u around that time. Only ever seen it for sale once since then on a list from Paul Capon @ £200 about 3 years ago; Paul couldn't remember having it for sale and thought he may have been selling it for someone. I reckon it's extremely rare and not a bad record too boot.
