Amphetamines?- Modern Soul On Ebay
Can't remember who it was, but a dealer approached the label owner to re-press the C.A. track, but was told that he wanted to try the song with another artist, which was Donald Albert. Personaly, I think the DA is a better cut, pity it never came out on a 7" To me D.A. sound like C.A. though! FoE was a £5 record from Dave Raistrick who had several copies when I bought it of him.- Hall Of Shame
Bus trip, to stock up on "Wife Beater" and a spot of dealer leathering? :-)- Major Harris
Where will it all end??? It will end with a load of foolish people with a "£10,000 collection" consisting of half a dozen records that are really worth a couple of hundred quid. They'll be too embarassed to try and sell them for what they paid, and naturally unwilling to take the "negative equity" hit that selling would incur; and so will hang on to them stating that they'll never sell, but probably wish they could! Soon a lot of people will be much, much nearer retirement than their last attendance at Wigan and will have more important uses for their hard earnt cash. They'll be a few people with a £50k collection that cost them £50k. They'll be a few more with a £50 k collection that cost them £5k. But most probably they be lots of people with a load of Northern CDs, great Northern memories but who don't really give a **** about bit of 7" Northen plastic!- Major Harris

- If you pst file is corrupt, then you shagged, I think. Search your hard drive with *.pst and hopefuly you'll find the old (large).pst file and the (small) new one you created yesterday - probably under documents\ user name\ applications data\microsoft\outlook. close outlook Rename the big file something like ''pete.pst'' and copy it to another folder as a back up. open outlook. Go to "File" and then "Data File Management". Here you can add a .pst file i.e. the one you've just renamed - pete.pst Failing that go to "File" then "import & export", then choose "import from another programme or file" and press 'next' then choose "personal folder file. pst" choose your renamed file which hopefully will allow you to add from the old .pst file to the one you created yesterday.- Cleaning Vinyl Records
It's best used neat with a lint free cloth, it will evoprate off as you wipe the record. If you use it neat you do have to worry about spilling any on the label and getting "water damage" .You can buy alco wipes that are for cleaning skin before injections that contain isoproply alcohol on a little square of soft cloth which are useful if your out and about DJing and get crap on a record. Two thing though, DON'T smoke etc as it very flammble and DON'T get it any where near your acetates as it will melt them! If you got a really hissy disk you are record to CD etc, you can litteraly soak it in isopropyl alcohol and playing it thus will markedly reduce the noise. If you've got a really shagged, dirty record that you want to spruce up and sell to some poor unsuspecting mug, you can use WD40 (watch the label!), works very well but stinks!!- Greatest Cover Version Ever
Marvin Gaye – It’s not unusual Puts Thomas Woodward's version in the shade, any day!- Calling Hippo And Rich Buckley

It's not uncommon for MORE people to send christmas cards etc, and CASH internationally at this time of the year and thus statistically things are MORE likley to go astray, if you know what I mean? (I think that coveres me legally!!) - Terry Callier
