  1. I don't know how far everyone has got with these, but don't bother sending me anything thing more sophisticated than the CD on a paper sleeve, an A4 print out of track listing in a plain envelope ( a first or second class stamp will cover the postage in the UK)- an money saved can go towards another swap?

  5. It a different, sparser mix than the one on the Kent CD I think Tim Ashibende found the original studio acetate, and Carl Fornum has it now.

  7. This issue I have that I believe to be an original is the same as yours. The other I have which I think is the boot does not have the LW BF A in the run out. (The D MOS 1 scratched in the boot is half as big again and the label is a lighter shade of orange, but if you don't have them both to hand that's pointless information?)

  12. Does it say in the sleeve notes that's Paul is on the lead for this release? I know there are four takes of the track, but David R was on three of them.

I think she only had three releases on Motown "Forget About Me" / "Devil In His Heart" (1963) "My Smile Is Just a Frown Turned Upside Down" / " I'll Come running"(1964) "When Someone's Good to You" / "My Heart" (1964) I think "i'll come running" is the best of the bunch
  19. CD about 28 tracks and I've got about that many LP's but I'll give it a go, count me in.
  20. Usually, the co-ordinating person * (you) sets a cut off for numbers (10?) and participation time (sunday 8pm?) then eveyone involved PMs thier address to * who then PMs all the addressess to those involved, who then mail a CD. (About 60 -70% come up with the goods.)

It's not that rare or difficult, but might take a bit of rooting around to find one. I don't speculate on prices anymore because I'm alway wrong, but if I was to £30 - £50 range?

  23. You been on the cooking sherry again? It's Mr Trouble who was looking for one not me, but I don't think Carl Fortnum would part with it.
  24. PEOPLE - ellipsis - briarmeade Just in case anyone is wondering what the fuss is about. Quite a jolly tune, but I don't think it's worth £21.71p a second. How long's it been known & played for?
