Number Of People Into Northern Now And Then
I've actually done some research into this myself stowtime and can categorically state that that there are 15197 into "northern soul" now - this number is, of course, far short of the 48million that went to Wigan Casino alone in the 70's - not bad for an'underground' scene, but still well short of the 56 million that squeezed into the 100 club for the Pistols first gig. And that's a fact that is

Reliable and trustworthy, I've always received 45's as described and brilliantly packaged. Had to wait nearly a month only once, which is as long as I've waited off Brit sellers - a lot can happen between here and there. Also some bargains to be had with the exchange rates, I've just got my Gloria Lynn "Speaking of Happiness" at just about half price and the same with my Franciscans............... Hi Liam - I'm 42 and I got into it at the Isle of Wight '83- Top Uk Label Rarities For Sale
Just put a request up in the "wants" section - I did & ended up beating 'em off with a stick!- How I Spent 21 Years Looking For A Record
Nice story Pete, I always like a happy ending - reminds me of the fairs I used to go to back in the day, music was always top-notch classic soul motown & ska/two tone - "Out on the floor" "Ghost in my house" "Fortune Teller" "The Snake" and "This ol' heart of mine" - great musical taste those boys!! But on a different note Harry J's "Liquidator" always takes me back to my first 'scrap' with boneheads as a suited & booted mod. 15 and sh*tting bricks, never been so happy to see the Gavvers turn up Every time I hear it I get a sore lip Don't go now, they're rubbish round here, but do they still play good stuff I wonder?- A Few For Sale
Someone needs to get that Earl Lewis, got a little bit of everything methinks......?- Advice Sought
