After a nice little show last week on Art radio we have been asked back to play from 2pm to 4pm today...Same mix of of things soul from 60s early 70s....Again we will have the computer there with us so give us a shout and let us know that you are tuning in,we will do a few requests if possible and mention soul nights coming up.. .My guest today is the Soul preacher from Ireland,Liam Quinn or Father Ted to his followers .. We had some nice feedback from all over the uk and quite a bit from overseas too in Oz,France,Spain etc...Lets hope some can tune in again... all the best Steve

What a great topic and so good to have mr Manship come in with the lookback to his youth... Standouts over the years....just tooooooooooooo many... Roger Banks mid 80s... Richard Searling at the Ritz rare nights 90s.... Carl Willingham late 90s onwards..Too many sets to mention...but Last Cleethorpes/Dublin/Prestatyn were pretty special indeed Keith Money oh so many times...Huddersfield all niter really comes to mind... Gareth x at soul or Nothing 2005 launch night....He played Frank Hutson and took soul to another level... Adam Lever at the 1st Soul revolution 2007... As Mik Parry said.."Adam was off the radar" for a soul set in the small back room. Mace at Bidds all niter 2007...He did the last spot and the place really took off..All the right tunes to send the folk home happy,the sign of good dj who looks at the floor... Nice to see the little mention of That Girl Lynn from Mikey...Quality indeed... Many many more but my memory aint the best as some of you know... ...I salute all the djs(well most) who have given me the best times of my life on the dancefloor..

no i could not Joan but i know quite a few folk who may look pretty bored but they are having a great time::some just do it their own way;;;

good point BAZ:::plenty good djs who play great tunes but aint the dancing types,they all get soul in their own little way::plain and simple::::
