As far as I know "Run Run Run" remained unissued until Soul Brother issued it on CD/LP and 7" a bunch of years ago. Or am I wrong?

You have 2 copies. I have 1 copy. I guess that Jeff Lemlich still has got 1 copy. Markus Gora ("goodchoice" on here) mentioned in another thread that he regretted selling his copy, I don't know who got that one though. Apart from that, I know of no other copies. Does anyone on here have it in their collection?

It's pretty much "pick your price" time. Having said that, the copy which Moerer auctioned just a week ago went VERY cheap (only G+ though), but I put that down to them having put the deep soul side first in the soundclip and "Mr. Lucky" still being an unknown tune to most people.

So it was YOU who got that auction pulled earlier this year! I eventually tracked down a copy though, so no harm done... That recent copy you picked up from Moerer sure was cheap! How many known copies? 10 at most I think, probably only 5-6. Killer deep soul flipside as well. I included "Mr. Lucky" in a recent MP3-mix of mine: /mp3-Mix...008-t81837.html

This was true for a very long time. But during the past couple of years, several single-artist CDs (Dee Dee Sharp, Bobby Rydell, Orlons, Chubby Checker, Tymes, Dovells, Question Mark & the Mysterians etc.) and a 4-CD Cameo/Parkway box-set has been issued legitimately by ABKCO. Although it's the first 7" vinyl release for the tune, I don't see how it fits into this thread. This isn't an unissued tune, it was issued as a brand new recording on the "Didn't Say A Word" CD/LP on Goldmine back in 2000. Otherwise we could start naming any old CD/LP track that has been issued on 7" during the past couple of years (Richard Stepp, Darrell Nulisch etc.) and I don't think that's the point of this thread.

Ian, seeing as you don't have any aversions against stuff like Maroon 5 etc., have you heard Jamie Lidell's "Another Day" from a couple of months ago? It has got a pretty hideous promo video (try to ignore it), but there's a decent tune in there in my opinion:

Can't tell you much about it, but the pink label Pameline release is definitely the rarest release for this tune.

How do you know that he was being honest? Are you sure that he only found two copies? Perhaps he found five? Or ten? Or even more. But is sitting on them, dripping one onto the market every 4/5 or so years to keep the price high. I don't want to imply that he did/does this or wasn't/isn't honest or anything like that, I'm just using it as an example that you can never be 100% sure about these things. But you seem to have chosen to believe Manship's word and not to believe Brad's (the guy who is selling the Lester Tipton).
