a short answer is MostOR THE MAJORITY OF N/SOUL records come in both issues and demos however some smaller labels may only have ever put a record on to demo/promo and not issued them at all.Or in this case demos have been found but very few Issues are known to exist obviously due to its commercial failure. there are numerous N/Soul tracks which have the same plight demo being the most common version..issues rarer. But not every record is rarer on issue than demo..It works both ways.This just so happens to be ONE OF THE RARE ISSUES...RARELY SEEN COMPARED TO THE AMOUNT OF DEMOS WHICH TOO ARE GENUINELY RARE. HOPE THIS HELPS,,,THE GASHER

I wouldnt say that as its actually initially a British release because It was released after the US one so its not a British only thing which may make it rare. also on 2 labels in the US.. so its not rare in my opinion.. but that counts for f*** all the gasher

This track was on a Decca/Deram compilation along with Franki and Rubber Johnny mickey moondust,Flirtaions ect.. its track no2 on the disc.. anyone tell me if it was EVER RELEASED as I cannot find a cat number on it for Decca or was it from master tapes/acetate?? Also was it recorded by a female artist?? My lovely lass reckons that it sounds familiar but remembers it being sung by a female? anyone please help settle this one so we can go to bed. thanks The Gasher
