Rock City Notts Modern Nights
I went to a few alldayers at Rock City in the mid 80's.I saw Cameo,Sharon Redd.Mantronix.Chris Hill and the likes were the dj's.The alldayer that featured Cameo nearly turned into a riot 'Single Life' had charted the previous week, and everyman and his dog turned up. I never did get to the Modern nights there though  Pete Forgot to mention the Jazz room.Them Jazz dancers were something else.

I take it your on about 'Save Room' not his best granted, but he has turned out some quality stuff.'Ordinary People' and 'Live It Up' immediately spring to mind.Perhaps Cod needs to land lucky at his parents house and catch his decent tracks on the new fangled Sky box thingy As for Trev's Alexander O Neal analogy- 90s / Y2k Soul 12s
Get the CD album Martin it's got two fantastic dancers on it. 'Are You Ready' and 'The Way We Are' .It doesn't get much better than this for 90's soul- Records And Hand Luggage Plus Buying Tunes In La
Ahem Why don't you burn them on to CD.They can fit in your back pocket then And you won't be risking £££££'s of vinyl Seems sensible to me - Cherelle & Alexander....saturday Love
