Just going through my 12"s and found one by Chris,don't know when I got it probably '86 the date on the record.Its on the Move label from Edinburgh,all of Chris's story on the sleeve notes by John Smith and it says if it sells theres an album ready to go.He has recorded a version of the Originals "Baby I'm for real" and 3 of his earlier tracks "I've found a goodie" "Truer wordswere never spoken" and "The sweetest thing this side of heaven" It says its part of a series the first of which was Tommy Tate,anyone remember it oranything about it.
