  1. Three latest: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s86Xa0_pK5s
  2. Hank Carbo - Bad Luck on HCP, VG+, nice and shiny but has a few small marks, plays great. £35 Soundclip (not my copy):
  3. Mine has a different title. Can't remember exactly what, but they used the wrong song title. Must be several variants. Probably from different pressing plants.
  4. I haven't compared the Satisfaction Unlimited test press to the album version, but I've never noticed any differences between the two. I could check to see if the track length differs. Don't think I have any other unreleased stuff but will check. There's a Chairman 45 that was never released but if remember correctly both tracks were album tracks. I picked up a Lucifer test press that was originally marked "Golden World", don't know if scans are of interest. I also have some documents that came with a few test presses I bought earlier this year.
  5. As cheap as they get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9ivKIESED0
  6. Postman dropped these off yesterday: Willie Harper (I have a thing for those NOLA 45s) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y7HXrFcPSuk Dave Gibson (the flip, "It Could Have Been Worse", is nice too) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fE_G-8M6FlM 25th Hour (strange record, soul garage pop thing, first track is interesting and reminds me of Just Brothers in a way) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=klaWrkquWT8 Kelly Brothers (just a nice record, love the old excello label design, is the version on Sims identical?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nSwEV0zmhhc
  7. Right now the tracking doesn't update at all Hopefully it's on it's way
  8. Mailman stopped by with this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=omnkh2OTtAk And this (ebay purchase at an all time low $13 for an issue copy): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=szZ68L4OlCo And a nice little reissue of Walter & The Admerations on La-Cindy. Nice record, but not silly money kind of nice.
  9. Gemmpay is nice, I used to always spend all my record sales money that way. (Now I use discogs and spend all my record sales money through paypal. Things only seem to change.) Depending on how many employees they have, the increased delay could escalate if they fell behind and have trouble catching up. Not a good situation any which way, and they should do something about it before they loose all their customers (sellers).
  10. I've had this tracking on some items but they never update progress after the package has left the U.S.
  11. I'm still trying to achieve personal financial ruin through collecting, but with no success. I used to do a better job of it in the beginning, but then I lost my job and had to learn to control my buying habits. I've started buying again (never needed to sell anything) but I'm not used to paying big bucks anymore. I rarely get asked to DJ so I mostly collect for my own enjoyment.
  12. Current value is apparently $499. Unless he found an endless amount of copies value will probably go back up in a few months.
  13. The pictures are upside down because you held your phone/camera upside down while taking the photos. Use the rotate function in windows photo viewer to turn them the right way round.
  14. This has been one of my favorites the last couple of years.
  15. https://www.uncamarvy.com/Marvels/marvels.html
  16. Still looking for these. Sell me your copy. Please?
  17. That's a nice record. I wish I knew who it was.
  18. As far as I know all copies have bad soundquality.
  19. Gene Stridel relocated to Miami late 60's. Have you found any ads from his local shows?
  20. Overpriced is almost as bad as not getting a reply on your want. Almost.
  21. Still looking for these
  22. The best thing would probably be to list them at very low starting prices on ebay. If they're worth anything the collectors will find your listing and bid accordingly. A forum listing will save you fees but you'll only sell those records this forum find interesting. On ebay you'll reach out to all kinds of collectors. And do list "garbage" too. Some of the records I'm looking for are in that category.
  23. Thanks for the input, I know a bit about Billi Welles at Mercede. I know less about what he did before and after. And I was a bit confused about there being one or two artists by the same name, but that seems to be cleared up now. I've also tried to get Nancy to reveal something about her past but she's not very communicative. My Mercede label page: https://www.boogalooinvestigator.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=13:fort-lauderdale-early-70s&catid=14:record-labels&Itemid=35
  24. I read somewhere that this guy is another Billy Wells. (Sci-fi Billy was also involved with Uranus Records.)
