  1. In fact those two sellers walked into the shop inbetween one week. So he told me. No real difference does it make though.. Marc
  2. remember butch playing it and as he is usually not selling (if he hasn´t got a spare which in this case is more then unlikely) I would think he still has it. Seem to remember arthur Fenn having one too ?
  3. Hi David, I have posted in your other thread. Brilliant record. A rare one indeed. A true Soul 45, no doubt. Should be a high three figure price if this world would be turning in the right direction. Nth for an Oldies DJ. Better keep it after all LOL! Marc
  4. I remember playing this last year at the HH weekender in the modern room much to the surprise of Dave Thorley who also has a copy but told me that in his opinion it must be a very rare 45. I would pretty much think so as I never saw another one and even Tim Brown was surprised to hear me play it at the Hip City some weeks ago as he also did not know it before. Awesome tune, about double the soul content than his Shrine rel IMVHO. Marc

Out of interest Matt, is there any difference between them ? Marc
  6. Very well spotted Franc, attached is a scan of the reissue

Yeah, good question. What label is the Tempest 45 on for a start ?
  8. Just to clarify: The Magnificent 45 does feature a different group of the name Arabians. It is not Edward H.
  9. yes, both true but obviously both also do feat. Edward H on lead. Same goes for "Who`s In The Shack" which also only credits the Arabians. I fear its a typo with "Please Take A Chance" having been rel. on Lanrod as well. I will ask Bob though...
  10. ....talking about simultanously posting
  11. Plus Arabians "Let Me Try / Today I Kissed My New Love" Staff 1808 and the very uptempo early "Who`s In The Shack" on another blue label which name although I have it at home escapes me at present...anyone ? The group on Magnificent by the way is a different group. Marc
  12. Hi Jaco, are you sure about this one ? Never seen one, only ever on Le Mans. Marc

  17. hmm, yeah. Nice idea. Maybe all neatly lined up on the decks. Have fun
  18. I am pretty sure he will...he really is in an extremely relaxed and fantastic mood...seeing the Elephant Gate of Berlins Zoo really did the magic me thinks
  19. ...yes, very strange indeed. Nearly as strange as how a 45 that was not having a staggered stamp in Berlin all of a sudden has a staggered one after arriving in Britain after having been only two days in the post. Seriously Simon and as stated via pm: Please discuss this with the seller. I will try to talk with him as well. But I really don`t want to get involved in this matter any further. Thank you. Marc
  20. fantastic Chalky !
  21. die Stunde doch wohl sicherlich ?
  22. I have posted Tims playlist from the last Hip City...just in case you would like to read it but tend to overlook "event loookbacks"...strangely enough its actually somehow worth a look or two.. /Hip-Cit...im-t100725.html
