To me a DJ or even presenter should have a flexible range of tones/voices and use them to attract the listening ear and make them take notice, to me she just sounds flat and uninteresting.

The voice and patter coming over sounds flat and un-enthusiastic.

MC = moving coil, MM = moving magnet, some amps have inputs for both, get them mixed up and the input isn't matched correctly, without looking i think the moving coil is a lower input level, so the sound would be lower.
