Anyone know what happened to Louie from Runcorn , always had a nice small collection at Wigan , used to DJ in M's before the nighters started , think he may have got into rock music , as he told me he was selling up and only keeping Eddie Parker on Awake !! Also Gis [ Southwark? ] from Preston , was only a young guy at Stafford , but with great taste ,have some brilliant tapes he did me in the 80's. Hope someone knows ,Best ,Eddie

Just been playing through a tape from the mid 80's with many big sounds on , Eric Mercury , Betty Lloyd etc , but 3 sides I can't find any info on , Chris Teller - I've been hurt , Uniques -Lonely man and Milton Campbell - Someone [ Zoom ] .They're not in John's price guide , so was wondering if I've been given the correct info ? Just been in the loft sorting through some fanzines ,records etc , and found this record list from Simon Soussan July 1976 .This is famous for two reasons , Simon slagging off many of the scenes " names " , and also this was the list where his vocals to famous Northern Soul Instrumentals appeared for sale along side many other indemand sides masquerading as originals .Would be interested to hear if anyone on this forum actually sent for any of the records on the list and did they get anything back ? I remember buying The Flirtations at Wigan for £15 shortly before it was pressed in bulk .Interesting reading anyway , hope you all enjoy , Best ,Eddie
