  3. Only walked a couple of mountains in scotland, the Ben and Merrick near to Newton Stewart. Been up there a few times though and off to Skye in May. Favourite place is Snowdonia. Have a peek at my walks below

  5. Had a few days in Grenoble at the foot of the French Alps in December, nice place. Also had a day visit to Annecy, the Venice of France. Annecy Christmas market Annecy Grenoble Bubble Car Nice Spring day in December

  15. Got mine last week and only just took the wrapping off. All present and correct, just need to play them. If all is fine I say well worth the money for the four tops alone. Got mine from Amazon for £47 :-)

  17. The TAC weekenders were great. It was all new back then and bloody cold!! went to three of them in all and had a great time. Cleethorpes for a bout 6 years as a total buzz especially my first one with the Velvellettes live. Awesome. Only been to one full Prestatyn weekend and loved it.

    so when was the very last keele niter then? Just interested as i believe there was one in 2009 but i was in OZ at the time. I do remember there being a 2nd room in the 2000's that played more house music. was that the begining of the soulful house rooms??

    Anyone tell me when the very last Keele All-Nighter was please? I have just dug out some badges from the anniversary's and i have nine. 1-10 with number 8 missing. I know it changed promoters and I went sometime in the 2000's but not sure when the last one was. Did they still do badges after it changed hands from the OKEH Soul Club? Was a fantastic niter and one that i will remember for a long time yet.

  24. When wigan closed I/we thought that was that, all over bar the memories. How wrong I/we were. How long will it last? Been asking that since 1989 when I got back to going to soul do's. Long may it continue
