Just when I thought I'd heard it all, this comes along. I've been transferring evrything onto the pc and I found this, I don't remember ever hearing it before or ever even having known it existed; it's a very well known track but completely different...stopped me in my tracks!

See if you can get a record called "Sesame Street" Ste, by Scotty on Songbird - it's the DJ version of Loser but it has the instrumental on the B side complete with chorus vocals intact - it's brilliant and good for a bit of karaoke. I sold my spare on ebay last week unfortunately.

Wonder if thats the one I mentioned above Gene. Actually no, thats rubbish, my one was by Lloyd Richards who is actually 'Richard Ace'. I've got all Lloyd Robinsons JA releases (discography) in front of me and nothing with that title - I've got an I Need Your Love, thats the nearest I can get.

I remember seeing it in one of his Top 10's in Black Echoes, surrounded by the Diana Fosters and Allnight Bands..

Yeah like I said, no claims to greatness, just that if I had a good look I'd probably find a lot of things like that, just found one on Port O'Jam label that sounds a bit like Stand By Me, pretty good, Lloyd Robinson..

I'm doing this project where I'm putting every single track I've got on cd, 45 and Lp onto the pc then I'm going to transfer them to dvd and flog them, obviously, but the last one I did (with that last track on) also had the Glen Miller and Phyllis Dillon tracks on so if you really want them putting up, no problem. Don't know the track you mentioned, sorry
